At Rome Snowboards (part of Low Pressure Studio), we occasionally host a giveaway promotion. This can be a giveaway promotion on our website, social media channels or in our newsletter. Our giveaway promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation takes place when you have sent an email with the requested details, completed an entry form or performed the requested action, depending on the type of giveaway campaign. From that moment on, you have a chance to win.

2. Each participant can participate with a maximum of one.

3. Participants are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when participating.

4. The duration of the giveaway promotion is: from Aug 17th 2026 09:00 to Aug 29th 23:59. During this period, participants who follow the promotion rules and regulations will stand a chance to win the grand prize of 1 Viper pro ltd snowboard. The winner will be announced after the end of the giveaway promotion.

5. To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 years. All other participants are excluded from participation. Only participants residing in the United states, Canada or Europe will have a chance to win the prize.

6. The drawing of the winner will be done randomly and in an impartial manner.

7. Winners will be personally notified within 14 business days after the close of the giveaway promotion via email.

8. No correspondence will be entered into about the results.

9. Rome Snowboards may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these giveaway promotion conditions during the promotion period, or change or modify the giveaway promotion without giving any reason.

10. Winners will also be announced on the channel (website/newsletter/email/social media). 

11. Prizes are not exchangeable for money or other goods.

12. The personal data obtained in the context of the giveaway promotion will be used by Rome Snowboards for the giveaway promotion and will not be provided to third parties and will be destroyed afterwards. In case you opted-in for it by giving permission, Rome Snowboards is allowed to contact you for marketing purposes. More information about the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
